Refund Policy
At Flatshop, we are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Our refund policy has been designed to outline the procedures and guidelines for refunds on both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds for Prepaid Orders:
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:
Customers have the flexibility to cancel their prepaid orders at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you cancel a prepaid order within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Seller-Initiated Cancellations:
Should the seller need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed for the entire order amount, including any associated shipping charges.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders:
Order Cancellation Before Delivery:
Customers can choose to cancel their COD orders before the items are delivered. Our delivery personnel will be notified to halt the delivery process. No payment will be collected if a COD order is canceled.
Order Return After Delivery:
Full refund will be initiated to the provided bank account.
Order Rejection at Delivery:
If you decide to reject a COD order at the time of delivery, no payment will be collected, and the order will be returned to our warehouse. A refund will not be required in this instance.
Processing Time for Refunds:
Refunds for both prepaid and COD orders will be credited within 1-3 business days of the order cancellation or return. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund Method:
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed using the original payment method employed during the purchase. For COD orders that were canceled or rejected, no refund process is necessary as no payment was collected initially.
Return Policy:
We offer return policy for all products. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can initiate a return from our order page within 7 days of receiving the order or our customer support team will assist you in initiating the return process and arranging for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
